Cancellation Policy & Payment Options

Heron MedSpa’s mission is to provide our clients with an extraordinary experience by providing outstanding customer service in a comfortably convenient atmosphere. It is important to us that we see as many patients as possible in a timely manner. In order to accomplish this, we schedule the appropriate number of patients to be seen at a set time. That is our responsibility to you. We ask that, in return, you respect our time as well as other patients. If you cannot keep your appointment, you are required to CALL to cancel a minimum of 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations will not be accepted through email or text messages. If the line is busy and you are directed to voice mail, please leave a detailed message with your name, phone number and type of service. All business must function with this understanding. Please honor this policy to avoid unnecessary charges.

Weight Loss Patients and Injectable: A $40 charge will be assessed for ALL NO SHOWS (un-cancelled appointments). Fees for un-cancelled appointments will be annotated to your individual invoice with payment expected before your consultation on your next visit. You may also forfeit any vouchers you may have purchased if you fail to cancel your appointment.

SmartLipo Patients:  In order to schedule a date for Smart Lipo surgery, a non-refundable $1,000 deposit is required to hold your date and time. If a patient decides to cancel their surgery the day of, with the exception of having an emergency that prevents the surgery, the patient will forfeit the full payment of the procedure. Withholding medical information that could potentially harm or endanger the patient or the staff is against our medical and HIPPA policy and will result in the patient forfeiting all payments made in addition to permanently losing their surgery date. In addition, formal legal charges may be necessary pertinent to the potential harm caused to Doctor’s Weight Loss Centers, Inc.

To schedule a Smart-Lipo consultation, a $50 appointment fee is required to hold your date. This fee will be applied to any costs towards your surgical procedure.

There are no refunds for services rendered for our weight management fees. All applicable payments must be made in advance of service. Cosmetic procedures are not covered by insurance; therefore we may not accept any type of health insurance for any services at Heron MedSpa. Patients with Flexible Spending accounts will receive appropriate documentation to receive reimbursement from their employer.

We offer alternative payment options that are easy, fast, and secure for our clients.

With special financing options for health, beauty and wellness, the Care Credit healthcare credit card helps make costly procedures and treatments more manageable with promotional financing options.
